Witches Protection Program book review

I recently finished reading the book, Witches Protection Program, by Michael Phillips Cash. This is a book of love, magic, and most of all witches.

The story follows Wes Rockville, a cop who messed up on his last assignment, and is assigned to the Witches Protection Program. 

I had a hard time at first getting into the story as in my opinion started out a little slow.  I did start enjoying it more at the end.

I would recommend the book, but it is slow at first.  There is humor, and romance, and long lost father daughter reunion.

Hohenstein eBook Review

I recently finished reading the eBook, Hohenstein, by Didi Lawson. This is a book of love, class ranks, and situations that make you realize what you are actually capable of.

I loved how the author wrote each character. The story follows Marie-Louise, Baroness von Hohenstein. She returns to her family home (castle) to find it in such a disheartening state. She finds out she can't touch her inheritance until she is either 25 years of age or she marries which she doesn't want to marry in her rank.  She is put through many trials and usually comes out on top until the Mayor of Hohenstein cons her out of her family home. She slowly realizes that she is falling in love with Count Ulrich Wolfburg, and finally agrees to marry him.

It also follows her aunt, Ambrosia, and how she learned to care for herself without any servants to care for the castle. She is very set in her ways about not marrying or socializing with anyone under your rank. That is until she meets Dr. Paul Walter at the ribbon cutting ceremony at the new hospital. They begin seeing each other, and he proposes and she accepts.

Once I began reading the book the first day I didn't want to put it down, and it was a really good read.  I know this isn't one of my normal book styles, but it was really good.

Silicone Star Wars Molds

I purchased this 6 piece set of silicon star wars ice tray or chocolate molds because I like to have fun ice cubes for my drinks.

I am excited to use these for both chocolate and ice making. There is Hans Solo in carbonite, Darth Vader,  x-wing fighter,  millennium falcon,  storm troopers, and R2D2.

The material is well made and it is really nice,and I would recommend this product.

Daughter of the Sun eBook

I recently finished reading the eBook , Daughter of the Sun, by Zoe Kalo . This is a book of action, adventure, and learning of the cult that your family has been in forever. 

I loved how the author wrote each character. The story follows Trinity a girl who has been in the covenent orphanage since she was just a couple a days old. Trinity learns that she has a grandmother and that she is in bad health, and passes away the day after she arrives to live with her.

Trinity and her cat, Slugger, get into all kinds of mischief and adventure.

Trinity finds out that her family worships the cat goddesses.

This makes for a lot of adventure, action, and the test of will. 

The story ended and left me wanting to know more about what is going to happen in the characters lives. 

Once I began reading the book, I didn't want to put it down because it is so full of twist and turns, and it was a really good read.

Corruption, Book 2 Grumpy Old Wizards

I recently finished reading another good eBook, Corruption, Grumpy Old Wizards, Book two of the series, by John O'Riley. This is a book of action, adventure, mind powers, and magic.

I loved how the author wrote each character. The story follows Josephine, and her two friends, Helen, and Alice.

Josephine, a category 6 wizard, gets talked into joining the police force full time by her friends, Helen and Alice. Josephine, and her friends and family become targets of Lorcan a wizard of The Valituras. He turns Helen into a succubus, and Alice into a vampire.  This makes for a lot of adventure, action, and the test of friendships.

The story ended and left me wanting to know more about what is going to happen in the characters lives.  Once I began reading the book the first day I didn't want to put it down, and it was a really good read.

Beautiful Window Cling

I purchased this window cling to use on a small window to cover it, yet still let in some light.

It is made of a good quality vinyl and was very easy to install.

The art work is very beautiful and when the sun shines through it, it is remarkable.

I would definitely recommend this product.

Window Bird Feeder

I purchased this window bird feeder to use at my apartment.  The birds love it but make a huge mess.

It is made of sturdy plastic, and has a little lip for the birds to stand on.  I love that it has a pull out tray.  It also has holes in the bottom to allow water to drain out. 

I think it is a great feeder for those who can't or don't have space for larger feeders.

Horizon Alpha: Predators of Eden

I recently finished reading the eBook , Horizon Alpha: Predators of Eden, by D.W.Vogel . This is a book of action, adventure, and surviving on a new planet full of predators. 

I loved how the author wrote each character. The story follows Caleb Wilde and his family as they adapt to life on a hostile new planet. 

Caleb is going out on a mission that is suppose to be quick and easy. However it is far from it.

Caleb quickly learns what he is capable of and how to be responsible for the well being of others.

This makes for a lot of adventure, action, and the test of will. 

The story ended and left me wanting to know more about what is going to happen in the characters lives. 

Once I began reading the book, I didn't want to put it down because it is so full of twist and turns, and it was a really good read.

Grumpy Old Wizards Book Review

I recently finished reading the eBook, Grumpy Old Wizards, Book one of the series, by . This is a book of action, adventure, mind powers, and magic.

I loved how the author wrote each character. The story follows Josephine, and her two friends, Helen, and Alice.

Josephine, a category 6 wizard, helps the police to solve cases that involve magic.  While doing this, she meets another category 6 wizard named Gary, and this is when all hell breaks loose.

Josephine and Gary become the target of a serial killer wizard, and all kinds of things begin to happen.  This makes for a lot of adventure, action, and the test of friendships.

The story ended and left me wanting to know more about what is going to happen in the characters lives. I can't wait to read the next book in the series.

4 port USB hub

I purchased this usb hub because I usually need to charge my tablet and phone so this is wonderful.

It seems to be made well and I love that when you are not using a port you can turn it on and off.

There one con in my opinion and that is the usb cord that plugs into a wall charger is a little short. I wish it was longer.

But even with that being said, I really like this usb hub center.

I purchased this 2 in 1 charger to use with my tablet and phone. I was really surprised by how nice this is. The cable is really nicely made and is really sturdy.

The ends with the micro usb and the usb are well made also. 

The cord is a nice length and I actually accidentally pulled it out of the pull and wall and it didn't mess up or pull at the ends in any way.

Wooden Geometric Puzzle

I purchased this puzzle for my two young nephews ages 2 and 4.  They were so excited, and are having a great time playing with it.

The item feels like it nicely made. This is a wooden puzzle. The construction is nice and looks to be durable. I will have to see how long it holds up to two rambunctious kids. I also like that the colors are basic and do not distracted their attention from the puzzle.

I purchased this cable for my friend because they can use it for their device. I am making up a gift bag for them.

32 oz stainless steel water bottle

I purchased this insulated tumbler for my husband to take to work. I love that it can store cold or hot items. It looks to be very well made.

It came with 2 different lids: one to just close it and the other to drink from.

It is a great size too. It is 32 oz.

I would definitely recommend this would be great for everyday or working out.

Dry or damaged hair shampoo

I purchased this shampoo because my hair is finally growing back after it fell out due to chemotherapy.   I've tried other shampoos but this one said specifically for dry damaged hair. 

Pros about it after a few uses my hair feels softer and more manageable.

Cons to me it has more of a manly scent but I do understand it is for both men and women.

  I would definitely recommend this item if you have dry and damaged hair.

Self cleaning pet brush

I purchased this brush because I have 3 cats that shed like crazy.  I've tried other brushes but they are hard to get the hair out of the bristles. This brush is easy to use and at the push of a button, the hair is easily removed and the color is bright and fun.  I would definitely recommend this item if you have shedders like me.

I recently finished reading the ebook series, Mind Omnibus, by Dima Zales. This is a series of action, adventure and mind powers.

I loved how the author wrote each character. The story follows a guy named Darren, as he learns about his true heritage.

Darren learns he was adopted and that his real parents were murdered because they were from different groups of people who are not suppose to get along.

The story follows how Darren makes friends with Readers and how he finds that he has living family members who are Guides. This makes for a lot of confusion, healing, friendship, adventure, and even romance.

The story ended and left me wanting to know more about what is going to happen in the characters lives.
