Qedertek 19.2 Ft 8 Modes 30 Water Drop LED Lights

I purchased these Qedertek 19.2 Ft 8 Modes 30 Water Drop LED Lights decorating my flower bed at my new home.

The lights are do not have to be plugged in, as they are solar powered. I charged them, and turned them on that night and fell in love with it right away. I placed them around one of my flower towers and just love the color they are. They have several different settings from solid to flashing and all flashing to alternating flashing.

Don't be frightened by this but it does come in a brown box, but that being said they are well protected.

I would recommend this product.

I purchased these Qedertek Solar Powered String Lights Fairy Decorative Christmas Holiday Party Lights 72ft 200 LED (Multi Color) for Christmas decorating at my new home.

Solar Water Fountain Review

I purchased this  1.2W Fountain water pump, Solar powered panel to create a birdbath/waterer for my flower bed.

It seems to be made from sturdy plastic, and comes with several different flow options.  It also came with a couple of plastic plants to hide the pump.  Right now I just have it sitting in a glass water dish, but I am going to be adding to my larger bird bath as soon as I get my flower garden fixed up.

There is only one draw back, and that is that it doesn't store any energy for when it is cloudy or dark.  I would love for it to run some on a cloudy day.

I would recommend this product for all of those who love to water the birds.

Forte eBook Review

I recently finished reading the eBook, Forte by JD Spero. This is a book of love, friendship, and situations that make you realize what you are actually capable of handling. It also shows the reader how it is cool to be who you are, and not changing to be "Cool".

I loved how the JD wrote each character. The story follows Sami, who just moved to Skenesboro from NYC, which is the hometown of her mother.  She is an aspiring pianist, and then tries out for the volleyball team which she makes, and she begins taking this enhancement drug to help her play.  She also learns that this is taking away her ability to play the piano.  She has to decide what and who she wants to be.

She has the help of her true friends, and her mom, and finally makes the right decision. 

Once I began reading the book the first day I didn't want to put it down, and it was a really good read.

WonderEsque Vegetable Spiralizer Tri Blade

I purchased the WonderEsque Vegetable Spiralizer Tri Blade, because I make homemade dog food and also thought it would be fun to make the different veggie noodles.

It is a nice idea, and works well with large veggies. Carrots do not do well as they are so small and they split.

It does have suction cups on the bottom of the unit, however mine wouldn't stick to the counter top. I even tried wetting the cups first. So it was a little more difficult to use because of this. I will probably still use it to make curly fries etc.

The Last Humans Trilogy eBook Review

I finished reading the eBook, The Last Humans Trilogy, by Dima Zales. This is the all the books in the series, and I just finished reading all of them in few days. I had previously read the first and second book, but reread them to get caught back up with what was about to happen in the third book.

I loved how Dima wrote each character. The main characters Theo, and Phoe have so much adventure and they grow to understand and love to each other. By the end of the first two chapters, I was in love with the story and the characters, especially the love of Theo and Phoe. There is heart break of watching your friends die, and then dealing with your own death.  Then waking up in the afterlife with those you love.

This of the YA genre, but was still a really good read.

I purchased these Laser Christmas Lights, Icicle Red & Green Outdoor Lights with Remote Controller for Christmas decorating at my new home. The lights do have to be plugged in, but have a decent length cord. I plugged it in and fell in love with it right away. I just shown it on the wall and ceiling inside since it is still daylight savings time and it doesn't get dark enough until almost 9:30 or 10:00. It does have a remote control and it does several different patterns. It can be solid red/green, solid green, solid red, flashing red, flashing green, or flashing green/red. They are very beautiful. I would recommend this product. I can't wait until Christmas to set these up. Don't be alarmed because this item comes in a plain brown box, but the item is well protected.

Granted Ebook Review

I recently finished reading the eBook, Granted by Michelle Merrill. This is a book of love, friendship, and situations that make you realize what you are actually capable of handling.

 I loved how the author wrote each character. The story follows sixteen-year-old genie Brielle, who finally gets her first assignment in Tri-Cities, Washington. At first Brielle has a bit of an attitude, but she does wait 4 years to get her first assignment. She finds out that genies are dying and is desperate for her assignment to make her wish so she can get her magic and find out who is killing the genies.

I love how Michelle wrote these characters, and the story line as it really draws you into the story. Once I began reading the book the first day I didn't want to put it down, and it was a really good read.

I purchased this ring because I thought it was beautiful.  I was really impressed with the ring set.  When I received it, I opened the box which was nice, and found the ring in a small ziplock bag. The stone are high quality Cubic Zirconia. There are three marquise cut stones in the middle.The middle stone is the largest. This set is very elegant looking and can be worn everyday or just for special occasions.  I think the center ring could be worn alone if you wanted to.

SUNUNICO Battery Stick-on Anywhere 10 LED Wireless Motion Sensing LED Closet Light

I purchased this light because we needed a light in our closet in the master bedroom.  I was really impressed with the light.  When I recieved it, I forgot that it required 4xAAA batteries so I had to go get some.  The light is very well made.  It has quite a bit of weight to it considering its size.  It has 3M double sided tape already on the back of the light.  It was easy to install, just peel and stick.  The light is bright and is turned on by detecting motion.  The light is very bright as it is LED lights.  It lights up the whole closet.

Snow Blood Season 2

I recently finished reading the ebook, Snow Blood Season 2, by Carol McKibben. This is a book of revenge, and love. The story follows the first ever vampire, Brogio, and his husky dog vampire.

 It also follows the revenge that the gods,want against Brogio, and his family. I enjoyed reading the this book, and how the author wrote the story from Snow Blood's point of view. Snow Blood is the dog that Brogio turned into a vampire. I would recommend the book. It is a good read.

My Playful Kitchen Ebook review

I recently finished reading and reviewing my advance e book copy of My Playful Kitchen, by Ally Nathaniel. From the start of the book it tells us all the benefits of teaching kids how to cook.

The author made it very educational and easy to understand. The illustrations are fun. It is worded so that everyone no matter what their reading level is can understand it.

The author also gives lots of safety rules, which could be a great teaching opportunity. The recipes seem to ones that both kids and adults would love to create and enjoy. I think this book would be great to bring parents and their children together and create wonderful memories together that will last a life time.
