My weight loss progress.

I recently made the decision to once again to start working on my weight loss.  I am taking it seriously, this time.  I had lost 32 lbs previously, but quit doing it.  I have decided that I am tired of the way I am looking and tired of taking medications. I have started the book, "The Mayo Clinic Diet" and I am going to log my progresses, my losses, any complications and how I overcome it.
