I purchased this door bell for our new home since our other one had quit working.
It was really simple to install. the base just plugs into a wall socket and the door bell button portion just screwed into the existing holes.
I think it is a good buy for the price and would highly recommend this product if you don't want to rewire an existing one or are not that great at diy projects.
